The STORY:​  When a Southern matriarch, Lunelle Pillar, loses her favorite son, Rodney, in the midst of her own battle with an early-onset Alzheimer's diagnosis, she is at least grateful she has her neighbor, Ethel, her daughter-in-law, Tracey, and her home-grown garden to keep her stable.

It isn't until the rest of the family, Angelle, Kong, Lizzie, Bryton, and Marshall, come home to help bury the fallen Pillar that things become shaky for her.
