An afternoon of classical music from Austria, from Strauss Waltzes to Schubert’s heart-breaking Arpeggione Sonata. Featuring Cellist Jason Duckles (who toured with YoYo Ma), Juilliard trained pianist Asya Gulua, and the Quartissimos, be swept away by the charm, beauty and history of this mecca of classical music through the centuries. Directed by violinist Anthea Kreston, who has played with the Berlin Philharmonic and at Carnegie Hall, this will be an afternoon to remember from Strauss’ Blue a Danube to Schubert to Fritz Kreisler featuring Juilliard-trained musicians.
