A Piano Recital of the Music of Jane Austen

Sunday, February 16 at 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.

British pianist Judith Gore will perform a recital of music from Jane Austen’s personal collection in honor of the 250th anniversary of the author’s birth.

The concert will take place in the Mansion at Gore Place with Judith playing our historic Broadwood piano. The music will include pieces by Hadyn, Picinni, Kotzwara, Corri, and Kiallmark, as well as one of the earliest piano concertos composed by a female composer.
