Box Office Policies
- All sales are final
- Refunds for cancelled events only
- Exchanges allowed only within a single performance run. There is a $2 fee to process exchanges
- Ticket required for each seat occupied (some events allow free entry for babes-in-arms; please check with box officer.)
- Lincoln Theatre Members receive a $2 discount on all Lincoln Theatre presented events and films (not available for events with a non-Lincoln presenter)
- Members receive pre-sales to all Lincoln Theatre presented events (not available for events with a non-Lincoln presenter)
- Members may exchange tickets for another event if you notify us 48 hours or more before a performance
Box Office Hours
- The Lincoln Theatre Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00pm.
- Box Office is located in our Administration Office at 313 W Kincaid Street.
- Box Officers will also be available two hours prior to live ticketed events and one hour prior to film screenings and broadcasts for door sales.
Ticketing Fees:
- $1 fee per ticket (up to $4)
- $1 handling fee per order
- Maximum $5 fee per order
Fees apply to online, telephone and "at the door" sales.
ABOVE FEES DO NOT APPLY IF PURCHASED IN PERSON AT OUR BOX OFFICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday).
