 Northern California-based unclassifiable duo Misner & Smith consists of Sam Misner and Megan Smith. They focus on blending elements of Americana with bluegrass, traditional folk ballads, and more pop-leaning ideas. Misner & Smith make music gloriously nonconforming, and they treasure the unpredictability of their band

Teaming up with the duo on both the new album and for this show will be two musicians. Bruce Kaphan will be featured on pedal steel guitar, keyboards, and electric guitar. Oakland-based drummer and multi-instrumentalist Dillon Vado will be featured on drums.
