The Beet Boxers

Wednesday, August 6 @ 7:00 p.m.

The Beet Boxers is an old-timey string quartet that plays American roots music especially tunes from around Appalachia. Featuring banjo, fiddle, guitar, mandolin, and hurdy-gurdy, the band delivers a mix of toe-tapping instrumentals and soulful songs. Rich vocal harmonies and a solid groove make for fun that strictly shouldn’t be legal.

This concert takes place in the beautiful 1793 Carriage House at Gore Place. Parking is free.
