Listen as composer Maurice Duruflé’s tender and plaintive melodies spin into rhapsodic and imaginative variations, as Brahms brings you along an intimate journey amid explorations of color and contrast, and as our Festival Artists introduce you to Loeffler’s brilliant 1897 Octet, rediscovered after 120 years and reconstructed in April 2020.
