The Shakespeare Conspiracy

by Andrew Shephard

Part of the Shakespeare Adjacent Reading Series

Then and Now

Facing the end

Directed by Tom Gough & Liz Stimson

Shakespeare’s characters are real…the RSC (Royal Shakespeare Company) is a spy branch of the government . . . and mankind’s last hope is a travel agent called Martin. In this epic, zany, romantic, tragic comedy, Shakespeare’s heroes and villains have been waging a secret war, after being inexplicably being brought to life over 400 years ago. If the rules of theatre are broken, it will bring about the end of the world.
