“Guilt” – a new play by Brendan Wallace Downey -- tells the story of two small-town police officers thrust into making life-altering decisions on behalf of two young people for whom they bear responsibility.  As time runs out, they must confront their own emotions, skewed perspectives and face what it truly means to 'protect and serve.'
