Urinetown: The Musical is a hilarious, satirical Broadway musical set in a dystopian future where a severe water shortage has led to a government-enforced ban on private toilets. Citizens must pay to use public restrooms controlled by a greedy corporation, sparking outrage and rebellion. With its clever humor, catchy songs, and self-aware commentary on capitalism, bureaucracy, and even musical theatre itself,  Urinetown is both wildly entertaining and surprisingly thought-provoking.
