Pricing : Donation based $20 - $35
Join Liz Bowden for an immersive journey that weaves together the ancient wisdom of breathwork and herbalism. This workshop invites you to explore the sacred connection between your soul and the soil.
In this 90-minute experience, we’ll journey from soul to soil, discovering how earth’s botanical allies and their rich minerals can support your healing and awakening. Liz will introduce three local plant teachers before guiding a two-part breathwork journey to quiet the mind, activate the body’s wisdom, and unearth subconscious holds in a deep meditative state. Within this journey, you’ll explore how your plant ally’s spirit and mineral gifts might guide your inner landscapes with unique wisdom. Emerging slowly, you will reawaken each sense, meeting the world anew with deeper connection and presence.
- Connect with plant spirits and their healing properties
- Use breath as a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms
- Establish a deeper relationship with the natural world as teacher and healer
- Awaken your innate wisdom and intuitive connection to earth’s medicine
This practice guides you to experience nature beyond labels and preconceptions, meeting plants as teachers and kin. We’ll explore how our soul is deeply connected to the soil – how minerals nourish both the earth and our bodies, reminding us that our vitality and spirit are reflections of the land’s health and wisdom. As you re-enter the world from this journey, you will feel more rooted, safe, and alive in your environment, carrying this embodied way of seeing and relating into the gathering and into your life beyond.
