BAILEY DRAKE

A New Play by Mark Whicker
Presented as a Staged Reading
ONE PERFORMANCE ONLY

About the Show:
Bailey Drake runs a dusty convenience store off I-15, halfway between Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Business is unpredictable, but so is life on the edge of the Mojave Desert. As Bailey spars with quirky locals, welcomes desert wanderers, and reckons with her outlaw brother’s return, she’s forced to confront what survival really means in a place where everything gets swept away by wind or time. Bailey Drake is a sharp, funny, and touching new play about loneliness, resilience, and finding purpose in the middle of nowhere.
