Comedy at the Green

Due to flooding and water damage at the Auburn Golf Course this show will take place at Green River College's Student Affairs Building on the Cascade Hall Stage.

Comedy at the Course will keep you laughing all night long as three comedians work to twist your funny bone. Ages 18 and over only.

*** Green River Food Service will be on site with concessions featuring but not limited too, Beer & Wine, soda, water and snacks.***

Featuring headliner Gary Anderson
Gary, acclaimed for his charming and introspective humor,
has captivated audiences far and wide. Crowned winner of
the 2023 San Francisco International Comedy Competition,
Gary's comedic path began on college night at a local
comedy club. Drawn by the lure of student discounts, the
club became a tradition for him and his teammates. While
the headliners dazzled, it was the openers who caught his
attention. Their raw, unpolished performances made Gary
think, 'I can do this, and maybe even better.' What he
initially mistook for professional acts were, in fact, open
micers. This discovery didn't discourage Gary; it motivated
him. The first time he took to the stage, he experienced an
adrenaline rush reminiscent of his football days.
After honing his skills in San Francisco’s renowned comedy
scene, Gary now resides in Los Angeles, fueled by a
passionate goal: to have someone else write his bio in third
person, rather than writing it himself, in third person.
