The Drama & Comedy Club’s holiday show is the time-honored classic comedy, LAST OF THE RED HOT LOVERS, written by the prolific playwright, Neil Simon. This is a fast-paced comedy presented in three acts.
Synopsis: Barney Cashman is a middle-aged, mild-mannered seafood restaurant owner going through a midlife crisis…in the swinging ‘60s. Feeling like life is passing him by, he decides to have an affair for the first time in his life—just one. He awkwardly attempts to seduce three very different women in his mother’s apartment. Each encounter hilariously unravels as Barney’s nice-guy nature clashes with the realities of modern romance.
