Step into the stories of our enigmatic city with the world premiere of: Through the Golden Door. Nimbus dancers choreograph, weaving untold histories of Jersey City residents into inventive, poignant new works, created in collaboration with best-selling author Helene Stapinski and supported in part by the Hudson County History Partnership Program. This performance at the Nimbus Arts Center also brings back Artistic Director Samuel Pott's bright and contemplative 2006 work Memo, which blends audience memories into the performance in real time.
