Scott Losse is a local PNW comedy treasure and stand-up comedian from Seattle, Washington. He's also the "I live in the Pacific Northwest" guy from Instagram, which has garnered him 150,000 followers. Scott's the adorable skateboard kid that didn't grew up...he just got older.
