Synopsis: On a snowy Christmas Eve in 1945, in a small town in upstate New York, a cab driver and a police officer find themselves waiting together in a taxi garage. But what or whom are they waiting for, and what is their purpose in being there? When a mysterious visitor arrives and informs them that their mutual friend is in terrible trouble and needs to raise $8000 immediately, the cop and the cabbie must figure out what roles they are destined to play that night, and what it means to be a part of someone else’s story, especially at Christmas.
