Greek Lamb Osso Buco

Slow-braised lamb shank simmered in a rich tomato and red wine sauce with garlic, herbs, and mediterranean spices, served over autumn squash. stewed lentils and finished with a touch of fresh oregano.

Fourth Course
Pistachio Walnut Baklava

Layers of crisp, buttery phyllo pastry filled with a rich blend of pistachios and walnuts, baked to golden perfection, and drizzled with aromatic lemon honey syrup and a hint of cinnamon.
