Who Was Rebecca Gore? an evening tour

(WALTHAM, MASS) On Friday, January 23, at 7 p.m., join an evening tour of the 1806 mansion at Gore Place in Waltham entitled “Who Was Rebecca Gore?” The guide-led tour will tell the story of the remarkable woman who designed the 1806 Gore Mansion.

Along the way, you’ll marvel at the graceful curves of the Great Stair, Oval Withdrawing Room, Peacock Parlor, Great Hall, and Billiard Room. The style and quality of the furnishings, the many Boston-built pieces, and the personal touches make this one of the great New England house tours.
