My Strongest Suit comes to the stage June 19 and 20 in a high-energy celebration of confidence, courage, and showing up exactly as you are. From powerhouse anthems to heartfelt ballads, from fierce harmonies to moments of real tenderness, this program is all about discovering what makes us shine — and wearing it proudly.
Expect dynamic vocals, electric stage presence, and musical storytelling that lifts you out of your seat and stays with you long after the final note. Whether it is strength found in community, resilience forged through challenge, or the simple joy of stepping fully into yourself, My Strongest Suit is a night of music that hits home.

We recommend using the 525 N Tryon Street Garage at 101 E 9th Street (between Tryon and Church Streets). Parking is free for visitors.

Please take a ticket upon entering the garage, bring it inside with you, and have it validated by a box office staff member.
Inside the garage, you’ll find two elevators marked for First United Methodist Church. Use the elevator in the far left corner labeled “Sanctuary” and take it to Level S for the performance.

Coming from the LYNX Blue Line?
Here are easy options to reach the venue:
Option 1 – Exit at 7th Street Station and walk
First United Methodist Church is just a short walk from 7th Street Station, approximately three blocks away.
Option 2 – Transfer from the Blue Line to a bus route serving the church
From the Blue Line, ride to CTC/Arena or nearby uptown stations and connect to:
Route 11 – North Tryon
Route 13 – Nevin Road
Route 22 – Graham Street
These routes serve stops directly in front of the church.

🛒 Support Nourish Up
We are proud to support Nourish Up and their work to nourish neighbors across Charlotte. Patrons are invited to bring donations, which may be dropped off at the box office on the day of the performance.
Most-needed items often include:
• Breakfast cereal
• Canned vegetables and beans
• Pasta, rice, and other pantry staples
• Canned meat such as tuna or chicken
• Shelf-stable milk and peanut butter
• Diapers and other essential household items
