Town Hall Theater presents:
5 Fridays Concert Series
Voices of Change: The Songs of Bob Dylan
Friday, October 2 from 5:30 to 7pm outdoors on the Tilly Stage at the Maloney Plaza
An all-star group of Addison County and Vermont musicians celebrates the songs of Bob Dylan.
The 5 Fridays Concert Series brings free outdoor music to Maloney Plaza on the first Friday of each month from June through October, made possible by a generous grant.
Voices of Change: The Songs of Bob Dylan brings together an all-star lineup of Addison County and Vermont musicians for a powerful outdoor celebration of one of America's greatest songwriters.
Featuring beloved local artists Deb Brisson, Mark Pelletier, harmonica legend Mr. Charlie Frazier, The Morning Dudes, the Stay At Home Wilburys (Cameron Connah, Micah Plante, and Nate Gusakov), Glenn Goodwin, Dan Whittemore, and Ron Rost, the concert weaves together Dylan's timeless protest anthems and unforgettable classics, including "The Times They Are A-Changin'," "Blowin' in the Wind," "Like a Rolling Stone," "Knockin' on Heaven's Door," and many more. Inspired by the Opera Company of Middlebury's festival theme, Music in Troubled Times, this free community concert celebrates the enduring power of music to challenge, inspire, and unite.
Good Times Co. charcuterie and bar offerings will be available for purchase.
Bring a chair or a blanket. A limited number of folding chairs will be available.
Rain plan: the concert moves indoors to the Anderson Studio.
