Bluegrass, fiddles, pickin’, and one big birthday bash celebration on the lawn. Bloom Haven’s “Road to Baygrass” is bringing the spirit of an old-fashioned pick-nic to Annapolis.

Hosted by Sarah Larsen of the Black-Eyed Suzies in celebration of her birthday, this all-day gathering blends live music, community, and the kind of easygoing summer atmosphere Bloom Haven is becoming known for. Expect lawn chairs, dancing, jam circles, surprise collaborations, and plenty of moments that feel straight out of a backyard bluegrass gathering.

The day features performances by Danny Paisley & the Southern Grass, Seth Mitchell Band, and the Folk Villains plus open-stage performances throughout the day featuring local musicians and pickers sharing songs, traditions, and spontaneous jams between sets. Whether you’re a lifelong bluegrass fan or simply looking for a feel-good summer hang filled with music and community, this is one of the season’s most joyful gatherings.
