Handcrafted box lunches from Bon Appétit. Pickup begins at 12:30 p.m. in Gaylord Hall.

Choose one entrée:

• Roasted Beef Sandwich — Sliced roast beef, aged cheddar, arugula, and balsamic caramelized onion jam on a hoagie roll.
• Chicken Salad Sandwich — Chicken breast, lemon aioli, celery, red onion, dried cranberries, and butter lettuce on a croissant.
• Citrus & Arugula Salad (Vegetarian; made without gluten-containing ingredients) — Arugula, citrus fruit, chili mozzarella crumble, corn tortilla strips, and citrus-cilantro vinaigrette.
• Quinoa Power Bowl (Made without gluten-containing ingredients) — Colorado quinoa, celery, onion, carrot, garlic aioli, and crispy carrots, with shredded chicken or tofu.

Every lunch includes: chips and fruit. Sandwiches also include lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard, and Dijon mustard.

Vegetarian: Contains no meat, fish, poultry, shellfish, or products derived from these sources, but may contain dairy or eggs.
Made without gluten-containing ingredients: Does not contain ingredients that are sources of gluten, but is prepared in an open kitchen where gluten is present.
