Lutefisk, meatballs with brown gravy, boiled new potatoes with cream gravy, cranberry-orange relish, lefse, riskrem with raspberry sauce, coffee and tea*

*Menu is set, there are no substitutions (sorry, this is not a gluten-free meal)
