Bestselling British author and historian Ben Macintyre joins Authors on Stage to discuss his newest book, Redwood — an extraordinary true-life Cold War story of espionage, betrayal and international intrigue.

Known for combining meticulous historical research with the tension and pace of a great spy thriller, Macintyre is the internationally acclaimed author of The Spy and the Traitor, Agent Sonya, Operation Mincemeat, Prisoners of the Castle, The Siege and more.

Ben will be interviewed by award-winning Canadian journalist Michelle Shephard.
