TICKETING / SEATING FAQ'S

• Can I reserve a seat?: No, the holiday concert is all open seating (first come first serve). If you purchased preferred seating, you may sit within the reserved preferred area but you will not have a specific seat reserved ahead of time.
• Is there wheelchair seating?: Yes, but it is limited and first come first serve.
• What seats are accessible? All main floor seats are accessible. The are no steps on the main floor.
• When will the doors to the auditorium open?: The lobby will open at 2pm, and the doors to the auditorium will open at 2:15pm.
• Will the concert sell out?: The holiday concert has sold out for the past 3 years. We recommend purchasing your tickets ahead of time to guarantee your seat and also save money. Ticket availability at the door on the day of the concert is not guaranteed.
