Actors Improv Theater presents Holiday Scenes and Songs at The ArtsCenter, Dec. 4. The two-act show follows five characters as they experience the holiday season in the present and in memory. The show is based on suggestions from the audience—which will even help create a new carol—and the scenes, songs, and choreography are all made up on the spot.
The cast is Parker Bach, Hailey Hill, director Greg Hohn, Dana Marks, and Steve Scott. Glenn Mehrbach (piano) is joined by guest instrumentalists.
“I want you to know that I’m an Equity actress and it’s not just that I enjoyed your performance, it’s closer to say I was amazed at the quality and kind of improv that you did…”
– Donna G., Atlanta
Founded in 1983 as Transactors, Actors Improv Theater is the longest-running improvisational company in the South. If you laugh, they’re doing comedy; if you don’t, they’re doing drama.
