May 1-4 Featuring local adult, teen and youth performers! A special presentation in honor of Holocaust Rememberance Day. This production consists of a one act play by Tony Kushner called But the Giraffe and a one act musical called Brundibar by Hans Krasa and Adolf Hoffmeister with new English libretto by Tony Kushner. Brundibar was originally performed by Jewish children in the Terezin Ghetto between 1943-45. The musical Brundibar is a fable about the meek rising above the powerful. This production is suitable for children ages 7 and above and would serve as a great introduction to the themes of the Holocaust for young children. Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7pm, Saturday and Sunday at 2pm
