BUILDING COMMUNITY THROUGH THEATRE

Bus Stop

By William Inge
Directed by Krista M. Schwarting with Daniel Alvarez-Lemp

In the middle of a howling snowstorm, a bus out of Kansas City pulls up at a cheerful roadside diner. All roads are blocked, and four or five weary travelers are going to have to hole up until morning. This play delves deep into the intimacies of friendship, love, and manipulation; in the brief snapshot of one night at a diner we see relationships grow, change, sizzle, and die.
