This performance will offer an opportunity to enjoy some of the hidden treasures of symphonic literature; lesser known works which deserve wider hearing. From Beethoven's "12 German Dances", Grainger's "Molly on the Shore", and Vaughan Williams' "Rhosymedre", to a screening with live soundtrack of Howard Blake's animated work "The Bear". Our soloist will be world-renowned Euphonium player Jason Gilliam.
