Lost in Yonkers

by Neil Simon

Sept. 9 – Oct. 2

During the 1940s, Jay, 15 and Arty, 13, find their lives turned upside down when their father moves south for work, leaving them with their no-nonsense grandmother and Bella, their loving but absent-minded spinster aunt, who is developmentally challenged. Along the way, they're also introduced to Uncle Louie, a small-time crook. Tensions surface when Bella decides to marry her secret boyfriend. Both very funny and touchingly poignant, the show won the 1991 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and 1991 Tony Award for Best Play.
