Juli Crockett's or, the whale is a play, a song, an operetta, a poetic response to Melville’s Moby Dick. It follows Captain Ahab as he follows his leg, and we follow too: follow the leg, follow Ahab, follow Melville and Juli Crockett out into the void, and see what wonders await us there. Expect characters, songs, themes and threads from Drowned Horse Tavern and All Well to recur and reform and revolve. Be ready to draw your own constellation.
