The Ladies Man

A farce by Chuck Morey

The Ladies’ Man was written by former Peterborough Players’ Artistic Director, Chuck Morey. It was adapted from Tailleur pour Dames by Georges Feydeau, the “professor of French farce”. A hilariously zany ride of mistaken identities, near misses and wild coincidences. This fast paced comedy takes place in Belle Époque Paris where the recently married Dr. Hercule Molineaux tells “one, tiny, little, hardly noticeable lie” to cover an innocent but embarrassing indiscretion.

The Ladies’ Man stars Anderson Matthews (The Granite State, The Circle) and a cast full of Players favorites. Directed by Chuck Morey.
