A fishing lodge in rural Georgia is the setting for hilarity when "Froggy" LeSeuer tells the locals that his pathologically shy friend Charlie doesn't speak english. Charlie overhears more than he should, and the plans of the two-faced minister and his redneck associate are uproariously upset.
