Under the direction of Alexander Weimann, the Orchestra celebrates the winter season with works by young Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and his father, Leopold Mozart. Written during the winter of 1772, W.A. Mozart’s three “Salzburg Symphonies” showcase the string instruments with a light-hearted frivolity that only the child prodigy can achieve. Leopold Mozart’s festive “Sleigh Ride” brings the magic of the season to the concert hall. Make your spirit bright this winter with the Mozarts and Seattle Baroque Orchestra!
