Treasures in Heaven

One day in 1959, Bud, a Milwaukee barber who loves brats and polka music, (couldn't get any better 'ey?) wins the million dollar lottery. His family has big plans on how to spend the money. But after Bud meets an anxious thief and a homeless woman with a split personality, he gets an idea about storing up his treasure, that is out of this world.
