Never one to shrink from a fight, political or otherwise, Alexander Hamilton was killed at the age of 47 in a duel with vice president Aaron Burr. During this event, scheduled in conjunction with Worthington Libraries’ exhibit “Alexander Hamilton: The Man who made Modern America,” Dr. Nancy Isenberg, author of the book Fallen Founder: The Life of Aaron Burr, will discuss how the two men regarded each other and the events leading up to their fateful duel.
