TWELFTH NIGHT

Written by William Shakespeare

Directed by Kathleen Normington

"Twelfth Night is brilliant... a show full of fun." —The Guardian

Twelfth Night is a tale of unrequited love – hilarious and heartbreaking. Shipwrecked Viola, grieving from her twin brother’s presumed death, disguises herself as a male page in the service of Count Orsino, and is called upon to woo the Countess Olivia for her master. Alas, a comic love triangle develops as Viola falls in love with Orsino, who is madly in love with Olivia, who then falls for the “boy” who is Orsino’s messenger.
