Fancy Free, a ballet popularized in the 1940’s, focuses on the misadventures of three sailors while on shore leave. This work evokes and embellishes on the sights and sounds of New York City during the swing era.

The Symphony will welcome American violinist Lindsay Deutsch to perform the Beatles Fantasy for Violin & Orchestra. This work reimagines the ever-popular hit songs of the Beatles for solo violin and full orchestra.
