IN CONCERT: A Collection of Roots Music

Continuing the Roots Music Concert Series at the Creative Arts Guild on Friday, January 26, 7:00 - 9:00 pm, will be area singer songwriter Earl Brackin.
Brackin will be performing a variety of acoustic music, most of which are original compositions. His music is not easily categorized, as he often incorporates elements from different styles of music. His use of various musical ingredients results in an interesting blend that keeps the listener's attention. In addition to his solo performances, he also performs with the North Georgia based group - Spatial Effects, a bluegrass group known for its off the wall originals. Brackin serves as worship director at Evangelical Methodist Church in Dalton, GA.
Earl will be joined by bassist Betsy Blankenship. Betsy comes from a musical family. She is the bassist for Spatial Effects in addition to other groups.
