The evil Count Otto Von Brunno and his sidekick, Lenya Von Brunno, plot to destroy England by kidnapping an eccentric, absent-minded scientist and steal his new secret formula to manufacture diamonds. The scientist's daughter appeals to the larger-than-life hero, Hugh “Bullshot” Crummond to come to the rescue and save the day in this hilarious 1930's film noir pulp fiction parody.
