Arts & Crafts Fair

By purchasing a table at the A&C Fair, you agree to the following:

1. DATE/TIME: The SCA Arts & Crafts Fair will be held Saturday, October 19, 2019 - 9:00am - 1:00pm in the Grand Ballroom of the Anthem Center, 2450 Hampton Road, Henderson, NV 89052.
2. MERCHANDISE: Exhibit items to be sold should be primarily handcrafted/handmade, not commercially purchased goods.
3. TABLE SELECTION: SCA Clubs will have first selection of tables. All other vendors will then have simultaneous selection of tables.
4. EXHIBIT SPACE: SCA will provide one 3x6 foot table, two chairs and a floor length table covering per table purchased. You may substitute your own table covering if desired. Exhibit area is approx.6’x6’ per table purchased. You may bring banners, signs, freebies, etc. for marketing purposes.

5. TO PURCHASE A TABLE, MAKE PAYMENT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

• ONLINE: You are here! There are 2 Event dates to choose from. These are actually the venues layout: One date is the Ballroom/the other date is the Foyer/Lobby. Click on the date of the area you want your table. Select your table(s). Select electrical if applicable. You will then need to enter your email and create a password. This is unique to you. We do NOT have access to it. Be sure to write it down. You will enter information for credit card payment. Finish with the transaction.
• IN PERSON in the Anthem Center Activities Office (located across from Fitness Center), Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm. Look for outside marquee on far end of Anthem building that states: Fitness / Activities.
• CALL for a credit card payment over the phone. Activities Office: 702-614-5865
• RECEIPT: A receipt will be emailed to you regardless of how you purchase the Expo tables.

6. ELECTRICAL: Exhibit areas requiring electrical access are located along the ballroom walls only and have additional cost. There is NO electrical in the center of the ballroom area and very limited in the foyer/lobby. Call for availability if you have questions.
7. SET-UP/VENUE DIRECTIONS: Set-up begins no earlier than 7:00am the day of the event. Display set-up must be completed by 8:45am. Display removal must be no later than 2:00pm.

DIRECTIONS to the Venue: Turn into the long drive leading into the Center off Hampton Road across the street from Wells Fargo Bank. At the end of the drive is a round-a-bout and front entry glass doors. Exit the round-a-bout and you may park temporarily in the no-park zone just beyond to unload directly into the Ballroom. You may enter the front glass doors for Lobby/Foyer setup. Any drop-off areas by the Ballroom or front glass doors are for loading/unloading only: parking is not permitted in drop-off areas. Park your vehicle in any marked parking area.
8. MISCELLANEOUS: No dollies/carts from SCA for loading/unloading of items are available at any time during the event.

FEES:
SCA Club: One free complimentary table - $15 each additional table
SCA Resident: $30 per exhibit area
Non–Resident: $60 per exhibit area
Electrical: $10 per exhibit area for Club, Resident and Non-resident
Extra Tables: $15 each additional table after the initial table is purchased at above price.
