All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is cancelled and not replaced. No refunds or credits will be offered on previously purchased tickets if a promotional price is offered later. If a Season Subscriber cannot make a performance and PVPA is notified in writing at least 48 hours in advance of the performance, they will have the opportunity to choose one of the following options:

Switch to another PVPA show in Season 38 for a $10 per ticket exchange fee and pay the difference if any in ticket price (If you’re a season subscriber you do not pay exchange fees), or
Donate the ticket value to our Friends fund (Subscriber will get donation credit if this option is chosen.)
