All sales are final
Refunds for cancelled events only
Exchanges allowed only within a single performance run. There is a $2 fee to process exchanges
Ticket required for each seat occupied (some events allow free entry for babes-in-arms; please check with box officer.)

Membership Benefits

Lincoln Theatre Members receive a $2 discount on all Lincoln Theatre presented events and films (not available for events with a non-Lincoln presenter)
Members receive pre-sales to all Lincoln Theatre presented events (not available for events with a non-Lincoln presenter)
Members may exchange tickets for another event if you notify us 48 hours or more before a performance

Box Office Hours

The Lincoln Theatre Box Office is open Monday through Friday from Noon to 5:00pm.
Box Office is located in our Administration Office at 313 W Kincaid Street.
Box Officers will also be available two hours prior to live ticketed events and one hour prior to film screenings and broadcasts for door sales.

Ticketing Fees:

$1 fee per ticket (up to $4)
$1 handling fee per order
Maximum $5 fee per order

Other Fees:

$2 per order to exchange tickets for the same show within a performance series only.
$2 Preservation fee per ticket included (not added) in ticket price
