ABRAMS ART, CRAFTS & MORE FAIR 2016

WHEN: Saturday, June 4th 2016 – 8:00a-4:00p

WHERE: The Byng Community Theater, 5852 Maple Street, Abrams, WI 54101

REGISTRATION: $35.00 advance registration fee, non-refundable, for a 12'x12' assigned space. Registration desk opens at 5:00a. No commission is charged.

PARTICIPATION: Exhibit and Sale of Art Work, Crafts and Other New or Resale Items.

RULES & REGULATIONS: (1) The Vendor is responsible for setting up by 8:00a, and for attending his/her inventory at all times. (2) The Vendor is solely responsible for all loss, theft or damage to any of his/her personal property and inventory. (3) Each Vendor is responsible for cleaning-up of his/her space at the end of the day. (4) Exhibitors are expected to remain until the 4:00p closing. (5) Abrams Spotlight Productions, Inc. reserves the right to reject any Vendor or inventory. Please describe the inventory you're selling on the entry form. (6) Spaces are assigned on a first come first serve basis. Please reference the Map of the Grounds to see the spaces available. (7) No refunds will be given if Vendor is unable to attend the event, or in the case of weather. The event will be held rain or shine.

DEADLINE: Vendor Registration is accepted January 1 – May 31, 2016. Vendors who register will have their Names, Inventory & Space listed on our website and map of the grounds.
