Village outcast Elizabeth should be an easy target since her neighbors already suspect her of witchcraft, but the devil will have to get creative if he wants to buy her soul. A dark and dramatic retelling of the familiar story (with a dash of wicked humor), this sharp, subversive fable is "utterly spellbinding." – Los Angeles Daily News
