In the heart of Verona, two rival families, the Montagues and the Capulets, are locked in a never-ending feud. But amidst the age-old grudge, love blossoms in the most unexpected place.

Meet Romeo, a hopeless romantic from the Montague side, and Juliet, a spirited Capulet. Their eyes meet at a wild party, and it's love at first sight. They decide to keep their love on the down-low, sneaking around Verona to steal moments together. Their secret romance unfolds against the backdrop of family tension. A series of events leads to choices with profound consequences, impacting not only their lives but also the future of their feuding families. Can their love heal a community divided?

2024 Gala: A Night of Lift

Join us for a 1920s speakeasy night with mug shots, fabulous and fun auction items, delicious charcuterie, drinks, and performances by our youth.

Our goal is to raise $60,000 needed to provide excellent education and opportunities for the growing number of kids showing up for our auditions and classes each year.

Blue Water alum C.C. Rode will be the Master of Ceremonies for the gala. A graduate of Wayzata High School and the University of St. Thomas, C.C. performed on Blue Water's stage during our first four years of operation. She works as a Lifestyle TV Producer with Minnesota Live and Twin Cities Live at KSTP-TV.

Date: Thursday, May 2, 2024

Time: Doors open at 6:00 pm. Program begins at 7:00 pm.

Location: 3701 Wayzata Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55461 (near 394/Hwy 100 intersection)

Attire: Join the fun by wearing 1920s attire, sequins, feathers, all black, or whatever you choose!

Cost: $80 per individual or $600 for a table sponsorship (8 seats). Tickets include a charitable contribution ($60 per individual ticket/$440 per table sponsorship).

Reservations made under the same name will be seated together. Table assignments will be shared upon arrival.

Cady Heron may have grown up on an African savanna, but nothing prepared her for the wild and vicious ways of her strange new home: suburban Illinois. How will this naïve newbie rise to the top of the popularity pecking order? By taking on The Plastics, a trio of lionized frenemies led by the charming but ruthless Regina George. Cady and her friends devise a "Revenge Party" to end Regina’s reign with Cady going undercover as an aspiring Plastic. When the lines between the real Cady and her Plastic self get blurred, she must find her way back to herself and her true friends.

Adapted from Tina Fey's 2004 blockbuster film and the Broadway smash hit.
