Reserved tickets: $24/adults, $19/seniors, $14/students + fees

For one night only, Blue Water Theatre Company in downtown Wayzata will be transformed into a Parisian café. How? Through the talents of these three musicians.

Francine Roche, vocalist. Originally from Québec, Francine loves to sing, especially in her native French. Now a long-term resident of the Twin Cities, she teaches French at the Alliance Française
school. She has recorded several CDs and looks forward to sharing her passion for all things French with you at the intimate Blue Water Theatre.

Mark Stillman, accordion. As the Twin Cities' most popular accordionist, Mark’s credentials are as numerous as they are
diverse. Prairie Home Companion, the Minnesota Orchestra, the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. . . even Minnesota Vikings football games have all benefited from Mark’s musical gifts.

Jim Price, violin and mandolin. A composer and performer, Jim studied at the University of Minnesota and Indiana University. Inspired by the famous French musician, Stéphane Grappelli,
Jim’s playing provides the perfect complement to Mark’s accordion and Francine’s voice.

In nineteenth century France, Jean Valjean is released from years of unjust imprisonment, but finds nothing in store for him but mistrust and mistreatment. He breaks his parole in hopes of starting a new life, initiating a lifelong struggle for redemption as he is relentlessly pursued by police inspector Javert, who refuses to believe Valjean can change his ways. Finally, during the Paris student uprising of 1832, Javert must confront his ideals after Valjean spares his life and saves that of the student revolutionary who has captured the heart of Valjean's adopted daughter.
