Bye Bye Birdie is a rock and roll musical by Charles Strouse, the same composer who brought us  Annie.   The story is set in the 1950’s with the plot revolving around an Elvis type character named, Conrad Birdie.  Conrad is about to be inducted into the army, and for publicity his agent devises a lottery to find one girl for Birdie to kiss goodbye on the national TV show- Ed Sullivan.   

Chaos and fun reign true as the teens , parents and town of Sweet Apple, Ohio get visited by Conrad Birdie.  Sit back and get ready to rock!
