Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with Americana: A Ballet Celebrating 250 Years of the USA, a dynamic and uplifting production presented by Central Oregon School of Ballet.
This one-of-a-kind performance features choreography inspired by American voices in dance, set to music by legendary composers including Aaron Copland, Duke Ellington, and John Philip Sousa. Audiences will experience excerpts from iconic works like Rodeo and Appalachian Spring alongside beloved patriotic favorites such as The Washington Post, The Stars and Stripes Forever, and You're a Grand Old Flag.
From our youngest pre-ballet dancers to our advanced performers, adult dancers, and recreational students, Americana brings the entire school together on stage for an exciting, heartfelt celebration of the music, movement, and spirit of the United States.
