Miss Holmes

Written by Christopher M. Walsh

Directed by Angela Bayler

January 31 - February 16, 2025

Join Holmes and Watson on the foggy streets of London as they track a killer whose list of victims seems to be growing, even as the authorities seem unable – or unwilling – to intervene. This twisty, intriguing mystery takes the most iconic detective pairing in literary history and delivers everything you want in a
mystery while turning one thing on its head: what if Sherlock and Dr. Watson were women?

Rating: Recommended for ages 14 and up due to murder mystery mayhem!

Trouble in Mind

Written by Alice Childress

Directed by Michelle Blackmon

Run Dates: March 28 - April 20, 2025

Taking place entirely in a rehearsal space in an old New York theatre, Trouble in Mind brings us up close and personal with a group of artists working to open a new Broadway show. Themes of race, class, gender, and whether and when to separate the art from the artist are as poignant and critical now as they were when the show was first written. Alice Childress’ beautiful and insightful play was denied a rightful Broadway run in 1955 because she refused to change the ending. Over 60 years later, it was
finally given the justice it deserved, and now we are honored to present this incredible piece of American art to our patrons.

Rating: Recommended for ages 13 and up.

Something Rotten!

Book By Karey Kirkpatrick & John O'Farrell
Music and Lyrics by Wayne Kirkpatrick & Karey Kirkpatrick

Directed by Alyson Soma

May 23 - June 15, 2025

Nick and Nigel Bottom are brothers in England during the Renaissance. It’s a glorious time for the arts, and they lead a wildly successful acting troupe…or, at least, they could be wildly successful,
(probably…maybe), if a certain rockstar playwright would just stop publishing hit play after hit play! How, exactly, does one get out from under the shadow of the great William Shakespeare?? If you’re
Nick, the answer is to pay a cut-rate soothsayer to figure out what The Next Big Thing in Theatre is going to be…so you can beat Shakespeare at his own game!

Rating: Recommended ages 12 and up due to suggestive content and occasional strong language.
